📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of luxury condominiums in Bali, including maintenance, security, and resident services.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely and efficient repairs and upkeep of all units.
• Manage resident concerns and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolutions.
• Utilize Property Management Software (PMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
• Organize and schedule regular maintenance and inspection activities to maintain the high standards of the properties.
• Ensure the security and safety of all units, implementing and monitoring security protocols.
• Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement service improvement initiatives.
• Maintain excellent communication with residents, providing updates and information as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, with a focus on luxury residential properties.
• Proven track record of managing high-end condominiums or similar properties.
• Strong knowledge of Property Management Software (PMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents and staff.
• Familiarity with local regulations and laws governing property management in Bali.
