๐ Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and coordinate the installation, maintenance, and performance optimization of solar power assets.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of solar power systems, ensuring they are running efficiently and effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of solar panels, inverters, and other equipment.
- Monitor and analyze system performance using specialized software such as PVSOL, PVsyst, or similar tools.
- Coordinate with technical teams and vendors to ensure timely resolution of any issues or maintenance needs.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to maximize asset uptime and performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards for solar power installations.
- Provide regular reports and updates on asset performance and maintenance activities.
๐ Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asset management, particularly in the solar energy sector.
- Strong understanding of solar power systems, including PV modules, inverters, and other related equipment.
- Certification in solar power systems or relevant technical qualifications is a plus.
- Proficient in using asset management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to travel to various sites in Bali as needed.
- Familiarity with local regulations and standards for solar power installations in Indonesia.
