City Management & MEP Inspector - Bali, Indonesia

As a City Management & MEP Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations in various projects across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.

In this role, you will work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will use industry-standard tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360 to create and manage project documentation. Additionally, you will conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect and verify construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
• Create and manage project documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project safety.
• Provide regular reports and updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Ensure that all construction activities adhere to environmental and sustainability best practices.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry standards and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in urban infrastructure inspection and project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to travel frequently to various project sites across Bali.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Certification in Construction Safety and Health (CSH) or equivalent is a plus.
