📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage margining and futures operations, including the calculation, allocation, and collection of margins.
• Monitor and analyze margining and futures positions to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Collaborate with trading and risk management teams to support the smooth execution of financial transactions.
• Use Macquarie's proprietary systems and tools, such as MARGIN and FUTURES, to perform daily operations.
• Provide operational support to the margining and futures team, including data entry, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in margining and futures operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in margining and futures operations, preferably in a financial services firm.
• Strong knowledge of financial instruments, including derivatives and futures contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and internal policies related to margining and futures operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
