📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of supply intelligence analysts and data scientists to develop and implement data-driven supply chain solutions.
• Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of supply chain data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate supply intelligence into our operations, ensuring seamless and efficient supply chain management.
• Develop and maintain supply intelligence dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in supply intelligence and data-driven decision making.
• Participate in strategic planning sessions to align supply intelligence initiatives with the overall business goals.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the supply chain industry.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on supply intelligence and data-driven decision making.
• Proven track record of leading and managing a team of supply intelligence professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
• Proficiency in supply intelligence tools and software, such as SAP SCM, Oracle SCM, or similar.
• Certifications in supply chain management, data analytics, or related fields are a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and motivate team members.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
