📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct regular patrols of assigned facilities to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets.
• Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, implementing appropriate security measures.
• Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Monitor surveillance systems and equipment, conducting regular maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits to identify and mitigate potential security threats.
• Collaborate with the main security team to develop and implement security strategies and initiatives.
• Provide security training and awareness programs to personnel, promoting a culture of security.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of security incidents, patrols, and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in security and enforcement, with a strong background in law enforcement or military service.
• Valid certification as an Auxiliary Police Corporal, Sergeant, or Sergeant Major, or equivalent experience.
• Proven track record of successful security management and enforcement in a similar role.
• Excellent knowledge of security laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, with a strong sense of responsibility and integrity.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to operate and maintain security vehicles.
