Jr. Officer Accounting and Tax

Infomedia Nusantara is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Jr. Officer Accounting and Tax to join our dynamic finance team in Kebayoran Lama. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial integrity of our projects by ensuring accurate documentation and reporting. As a junior accounting and tax officer, you will work closely with senior team members to support various accounting processes, including invoicing, expense management, and tax compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Process invoices, receipts, and other financial documents to ensure accurate and timely recording.
• Support the accounting team in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.
• Support the accounting team in the preparation of audit documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in accounting or tax-related roles.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Proficient in English and Indonesian.
