📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead the development of AI-driven applications and technologies, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to design and implement AI solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate teams on AI concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and emerging technologies, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Evaluate and recommend AI tools, frameworks, and platforms to enhance our technological capabilities.
• Work with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable AI strategies.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems, ensuring they deliver value and meet performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in AI and technology.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AI-driven applications using tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and data processing techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Certifications in AI, machine learning, or related fields are a plus.
