📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment used in palm oil plantation operations.
• Conduct routine inspections of civil infrastructure to ensure safety and compliance with company standards.
• Assist in the planning and execution of maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure all maintenance work is documented and reported accurately.
• Participate in safety drills and adhere to all safety protocols.
• Assist in the implementation of new infrastructure projects as required.
• Work alongside the civil and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration of maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in infrastructure maintenance, preferably in a similar industrial setting.
• Knowledge of machinery and equipment used in palm oil plantations.
• Understanding of basic civil engineering principles and practices.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and ability to operate heavy machinery.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word) and basic maintenance management software.
