You will gain exposure to various HR tools and software, including BambooHR, Workday, and Microsoft Teams, and learn from industry experts in Jakarta Raya.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Assist in the development and implementation of employee training programs
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze feedback
- Support the HR team in designing and executing organizational development initiatives
- Participate in workshops and training sessions to enhance your HR and OD skills
- Gain hands-on experience with HR tools and software, including BambooHR, Workday, and Microsoft Teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and align HR strategies accordingly
- Contribute to the creation of HR policies and procedures
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong interest and passion for HR and Organizational Development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic knowledge of HR tools and software is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
