📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit clients daily to assess their financial needs and provide tailored solutions using KasihFin software.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their financial well-being.
• Promote our financial inclusion services and educate clients on the benefits of our offerings.
• Monitor and report on client activities and service delivery to ensure compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies to expand our financial inclusion services network.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their queries and concerns promptly.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in financial inclusion services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure we deliver innovative and effective financial solutions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, preferably in financial inclusion or microfinance.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in using KasihFin software and other relevant financial tools.
• Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for financial inclusion and a strong desire to make a positive impact on the community.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
