In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining semiconductor equipment, as well as troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You will work closely with customers to ensure their equipment is running smoothly and efficiently, and you will provide training and support to their staff. With your technical expertise and problem-solving skills, you will play a crucial role in helping our customers achieve their production goals and maintain a competitive edge in the semiconductor industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain semiconductor equipment, including Lam Research products.
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing expert guidance and support to customers.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions to their requirements.
• Provide training and support to customers' staff, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to operate and maintain the equipment effectively.
• Document all activities, including maintenance procedures, repairs, and customer interactions, for future reference and compliance purposes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of our services.
• Participate in on-call duties and emergency response situations to ensure the availability and reliability of our customers' equipment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical Support, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, technical support, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment, with a focus on Lam Research products.
• Proficiency in using technical tools and software, such as ServiceNow, Maximo, and other Lam Research-specific applications.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and effectively convey technical information.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures, including OSHA and other relevant regulations.
• Ability to travel to customer sites, both locally and internationally, as required.
