• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the plantation or property estate, ensuring optimal productivity and profitability.
• Manage a team of 20-30 employees, including field supervisors, laborers, and administrative staff.
• Implement and monitor operational strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all employees, as well as compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing regular reports for the corporate office.
• Participate in estate development projects, including infrastructure improvements and sustainability initiatives.
• Represent the estate at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's brand and products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Forestry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in plantation management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of the agricultural industry, including crop cultivation, harvesting, and post-harvest processing.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
