📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist dentists during dental procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain and organize dental equipment and supplies.
• Prepare and sterilize dental instruments using autoclave machines.
• Manage patient records and insurance claims using dental software like Dentrix or E4S.
• Provide pre-and post-procedure instructions to patients, addressing any concerns or questions.
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure a smooth workflow and high standards of cleanliness.
• Stay updated with the latest dental technologies and best practices.
• Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene, Dental Assistant, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dental Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Certification from a recognized dental assisting program or board.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
