📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement community development programs that address key social issues.

• Collaborate with local stakeholders, government agencies, and community leaders.
• Develop and maintain reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Participate in capacity building and training programs for community members.
• Ensure compliance with Pertamina Foundation's policies and procedures.
• Represent Pertamina Foundation at community events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, Public Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in community development, program implementation, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of community development principles and practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SPSS, or similar software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
