- Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of property development projects from conception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring adherence to financial targets.
- Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to navigate legal and administrative requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks to maintain high standards.
- Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate project risks.
- Foster a collaborative team environment, promoting open communication and innovation.

- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Development, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in property development, with a proven track record in managing high-value projects.
- Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian real estate laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
