📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects.,Monitor and control project costs to ensure compliance with budgetary constraints.,Prepare and analyze cost reports, including cost variance analysis.,Conduct cost audits and provide recommendations for cost-saving measures.,Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.,Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors.,Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related advice.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction cost management.,Strong knowledge of cost estimation techniques and software.,Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel.,Good understanding of construction contracts and legal requirements.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with local construction practices and regulations in Bali is a plus.
