As a Senior Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for planning and executing various banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet our clients' expectations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events, including menu selection, seating arrangements, and decor.,Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure all event requirements are met.,Supervise and train junior banquet staff to ensure high standards of service.,Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated amount.,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during events.,Handle any issues or problems that may arise during events and find appropriate solutions.,Prepare and present reports on event outcomes and suggestions for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet or event planning.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of event management software and tools.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations for events.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple events simultaneously.,Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
