📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, including menu selection, vendor coordination, and guest management.,Ensure the banquet runs smoothly on the day of the event, overseeing all aspects of the event to guarantee a successful outcome.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring guest satisfaction.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.,Coordinate with clients to understand their specific needs and requirements, ensuring their expectations are met.,Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the event, resolving them promptly and professionally.,Prepare and present reports on event outcomes, including feedback from guests and any areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in banquet and event management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet and event management, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and staff.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and regulations.,Familiarity with event management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
