📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and cleanliness.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to ensure high standards of customer service and food quality.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of resources.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Monitor sales and financial performance, and make recommendations for improvement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Understanding of marketing and customer service principles.
