📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the port, including vessel berthing, cargo handling, and port facilities management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Develop and implement operational plans and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with various stakeholders, including vessel operators, cargo owners, and government agencies.,Ensure the safety and security of port operations and personnel.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff to ensure high performance and morale.,Maintain and update operational manuals and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar operational management role, preferably in the maritime industry.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and best practices.,Proven ability to manage complex operations and teams effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of port operations software and systems is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to obtain a maritime security identification card (MSIC) is a requirement.
