In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and cooking of food items in our kitchen. Your leadership and culinary expertise will ensure that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards, meeting customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient food preparation.,Lead and mentor a team of line cooks, providing guidance and support.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain high levels of food safety and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure that all food items are prepared on time and to the required quality standards.,Manage inventory and ensure that all ingredients are available and used efficiently.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Comply with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven leadership and team management skills.,Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cuisines.,Experience in maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to travel and work in a diverse and dynamic environment.
