📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure.,Handle guest inquiries and provide information about the hotel facilities and services.,Process check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.,Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
