Tanggung Jawab:
Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.Manage and mentor a team of warehouse staff, ensuring they are trained and motivated to perform their duties effectively.Implement and maintain warehouse management systems to ensure accurate inventory tracking and reporting.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.Optimize warehouse layout and processes to improve efficiency and productivity.Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure adequate stock levels.Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.Proven track record of managing warehouse operations and teams.Strong understanding of warehouse management systems and software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle.🛠️ Keahlian
