PT Fajar Cendana is seeking a Fleet Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Deli Serdang. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our fleet operations. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

As a Fleet Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our fleet is well-maintained, efficient, and safe. You will work closely with our drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders to achieve our operational goals.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate all fleet operations including vehicles, drivers, and maintenance schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle performance to optimize costs.
  • Coordinate with mechanics for timely maintenance and repairs.
  • Schedule and track vehicle inspections and servicing.
  • Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities.
  • Provide training and support to drivers.
  • Handle any fleet-related emergencies or issues promptly.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
