📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth functioning of the assigned area.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives and support staff.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Area Manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Conduct regular site visits to assess performance and address any issues.,Participate in training and development programs for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the sales or management field.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
