📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day operations of the company.,Support the operations manager in planning and organizing operations activities.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor and maintain operational records and reports.,Assist in the implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Provide administrative support to the operations team.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in the training and development of new staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operations management principles and practices.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
