📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, job descriptions, and performance evaluations.,Process and manage payroll, including calculating salaries, taxes, and benefits, and ensuring timely payment.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of employment contracts, offers, and other HR-related documents.,Support the HR department in the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Assist in the organization and coordination of employee training and development programs.,Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR-related matters.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and data analysis to support decision-making.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Detail-oriented and organized with strong administrative skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is required.

🛠️ Keahlian

HRIS (Human Resource Information System) experience is a plus.Knowledge of payroll software is an advantage.Experience with recruitment tools and platforms is beneficial.Understanding of employee relations and conflict resolution is a plus.
