📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Demi Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen.,Ensure all food is prepared and served on time.,Stock and manage kitchen supplies and ingredients.,Assist in training new staff on food preparation techniques.,Report any food safety or quality issues to the Demi Chef.,Participate in kitchen inventory and restocking activities.,Assist in maintaining kitchen equipment and utensils.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as an Assistant Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Strong communication and teamwork skills.,Good physical fitness and stamina.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
