📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Manage the reception desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Assist in organizing and managing events and meetings at the hotel.,Ensure the reception area is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.,Provide excellent customer service and support to both guests and staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg.
