📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.,Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure their success.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients to drive repeat business and referrals.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the industry.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role in the stainless steel, steel, aluminium, or pipe industries.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of CRM software and sales tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
