📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.,Stock and manage the sales counter, ensuring it is well-organized and attractive to customers.,Promote products and services to customers, highlighting their benefits and features.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving them to the customer's satisfaction.,Maintain accurate sales records and reports.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve sales skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good knowledge of the products and services offered by the company.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet sales targets.,Friendly and approachable demeanor.,Basic computer skills, including data entry and using sales software.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.
