📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of tax consultants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality tax services.,Develop and implement tax strategies that align with clients' business objectives and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Conduct thorough tax audits and reviews to identify opportunities for tax savings and ensure compliance with tax laws.,Provide tax planning advice to clients, helping them to minimize their tax liabilities and maximize their tax benefits.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide innovative and effective tax solutions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in tax consulting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting, with a strong focus on tax planning and compliance.,Professional certification in taxation, such as CPA, CMA, or CTT (Certified Tax Technician).,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.,Proficient in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
