Makmur Indra Cafe & Coffee is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Lead Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for our guests. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist customers at the front desk, providing information and resolving inquiries.,Handle customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.,Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist in training and supervising other receptionists.,Perform other duties as assigned.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.
