📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create engaging and effective learning materials, including presentations, videos, and interactive workshops.,Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop appropriate solutions.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand training needs and provide feedback on training programs.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs to ensure they meet learning objectives.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Assist in the development and implementation of LMS (Learning Management System) strategies.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other learning and development tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with LMS platforms is a plus.,Passionate about learning and development and committed to continuous improvement.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
