Space Bay Corporindo is looking for a Head Chef to lead our culinary team. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a menu, ensuring food quality, and maintaining a high standard of service. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute a menu that reflects the restaurant's concept and customer preferences.,Supervise and mentor the kitchen staff to ensure they meet the required standards.,Ensure food quality, safety, and compliance with health regulations.,Manage inventory and purchasing to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked.,Work closely with the management team to ensure the restaurant's success.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Handle customer complaints and ensure they are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

At least 5 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a kitchen team.,Strong knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred.
