PT PHOENIX GLOBAL LOGISTIK is seeking a dedicated Customer Service & Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our international freight forwarding services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide exceptional customer service to clients and ensure their satisfaction.,Manage and coordinate the booking and scheduling of freight shipments.,Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery.,Maintain accurate records of all shipments and customer interactions.,Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and customs clearance.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote our services.,Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to provide the best service.,Assist in training new team members on customer service and operational procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or operations in the logistics industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with international shipping regulations and customs procedures.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
